Assessment Packages
$300 Initial nutrition assessment and one follow-up visit (two 60-80 minute counseling sessions)
$340 One-week nutrition assessment with SenseWear® WMS (two 60-80 minute counseling sessions; fee includes purchase of strap, medical device rental, and website fee)

SenseWear® uses four sensors to accurately measure your energy expenditure using skin temperature, heat flux, galvonic skin response, and an accelerometer. As seen on the hit NBC TV program The Biggest Loser, the SenseWear clinical metabolic system is being utilized by athletes and healthcare professionals to document accurate, objective health metrics such as total energy expenditure, duration of physical activity and sleep in real time. The SenseWear® solution enables clinicians to better assess, motivate and educate patients about how their lifestyle impacts their health goals.

Follow-Up Appointments
$150 single follow-up nutrition session (1 hour)

Body Fat Analysis
$50 4-site method using skinfold calipers, with report of current and ideal body composition (30 minutes)

I’m in a committed relationship with my clients. We start with an initial nutrition assessment and build out a plan for follow up meetings once we determine where you are now, and where you want to be.

Because nutrition counseling is customized for each individual, it is difficult to generalize the number of sessions to expect.

At a minimum, you should plan for the initial assessment and at least two follow-ups one to two weeks apart. However, most clients begin with an assessment and weekly meetings and then direct when they’d like to decrease visits to every other week. Once you’ve met your nutrition goals, shorter monthly meetings can be sufficient to make sure you stay on track. Even after you’ve reached your goals, you’re never on your own.
