What People Say

Clients

Prior to seeking Recbecca’s nutrition services, I was at risk of becoming underweight by doing too much cardio and following a restrictive diet that did not meet my energy needs.  Rebecca provided me the education, tools, resources, and support I needed to reach and maintain a healthy weight for the level of fitness activity that I desired.  Rebecca’s demeanor and approach allowed me to immediately trust her with the details of my nutritional history and story.  I feel stronger, have more energy, and I feel more muscular after implementing the sports nutrition and physical activity advice Rebecca provided.

Jimmy Scott’s “High and Tight” Baseball Blog (David Philip Interviewer)

Rebecca is a knowledgeable sports nutritionist who I respect very highly. She is a great writer and a fascinating person to interview. I would recommend her 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (except Christmas & Thanksgiving).

Speaking

American Society of Hematology

The seminar went fantastic! Rebecca was an enthusiastic and knowledgeable speaker and I could tell those that attended were energized by her and the topic — they asked her a lot of questions before, during, and after the seminar! Thank you so much!

National Dairy Council

I want to thank you for your excellent presentation about blogging on Friday for the local Dairy Councils. I was very impressed by your knowledge and exuberance–it was refreshing and inspirational. Thank you for sharing your blogging experiences. As a new blogger, the information is invaluable.

What impressed me most though, is your willingness to put your thoughts and opinions in the blogosphere to initiate and cultivate a dialogue and be open to others’ opinions about important nutrition issues. I especially liked when you said that on occassion, people’s responses have changed your mind about particular issues and that you welcome the learning experience.

What you’re doing with your blog is a great service to health professionals and consumers. Kudos!

Rebecca had great energy and really got the students interested and asking questions about nutrition information. She was an encyclopedia of information, rattling off answers to questions about such specific issues as high fructose corn syrup and trans fats. Her technique of eyeballing quantities with your hands is practical and easy to remember. Her enthusiasm for healthy foods rubbed off on the students, encouraging them to try fruits and healthy alternatives they had never tried before. Down-to-earth and knowledgeable, Rebecca was the perfect person to talk about nutrition.
